Group Registration

Cancellation Policy
If you find it necessary to cancel your registration, you must submit your request via email to:
tn-ma@eventpowersupport.com. You will receive a confirmation email and your registration fee will be refunded if the request is submitted by May 24, 2026.
Cancellation requests received after May 24, 2026 may result in forfeiture of your attendance fee. If you are Military and have orders to deploy or other extenuating circumstances you may be eligible for a refund. Requests will be handled on a case by case basis.
